Insurance Info
As of January 1, 2026, I am in-network with Aetna and the Behavioral Health Access Program/BHAP, including clients with the NC State Health Plan.
I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans. I am no longer in-network with Duke Basic/Select following Duke’s transition to Cigna/Evernorth.
If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to request possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.
I recommend calling the number on the back of your card (“member services”) to verify your coverage first. Ask them if you have out-of-network coverage for mental health services (including through telehealth).
If yes, here are more questions to ask:
What is my yearly deductible? Has it been met or how much more until my deductible is met?
How many sessions/year are covered?
How much does my insurance plan reimburse for an OON provider for CPT code 90837 (53+ minute session)?
What is my co-payment (if applicable)?
How do I submit a superbill?
Is there a time limit to submit?
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me 2 business days before your scheduled session by text or email. (Email is preferred on weekends)
Late cancellations are $50. I am flexible when I can be, but the fee applies unless I happen to have another opening that week.
After two late cancellations in a 12-month period, any additional late cancellations will be full fee ($170).
